The Future for Anderson Point at Sarango Bight

We have spent our time designing a plan that will preserve the ecology and provide for an aesthetic environment that offers peace and tranquility.

The subdivision has received Final Approval from the Government of Belize.  After viewing the plot plan, you will see that we have designed 28 lots, 14 of which are located on the Caribbean Sea.  The remaining 14 are immediately behind these.  In the rear of the property, we have preserved about 6 acres of the property in order to protect the environment and the natural habitat that exists.

Recently, we dredged the front on the sea side in order to allow for the building of the pier.

Future development will include a marina coming into the property from the access to the Anderson Lagoon.  This marina will make it possible for owners to moor their boats and have access to their properties from the interior.   The fill from this project will be used to raise the elevation of some of the lots.

Each property owner will become a member of the Home Owners Association.

Once building commences on the property, it is the plan of the Home Owners Association to employ someone to be permanently residing on the property.  Until that time, there will be weekly visits to the property to maintain pathways and beach areas.

Getting to AP

Getting to Anderson Point at Sarango Bight

Travel from the beach in Hopkins, south on the Caribbean Sea past both False Sittee Point and Sittee Point and into Sarango Bight.  Anderson Point is the 1000' of beach front on the north side of the access to Anderson Lagoon.

Travel from Sittee River Marina (pictured left) east to the sea.  At the point, go south passed the mouth and into Sarango Bight. There is a lighthouse just past the mouth.

The final way, which is how we usually go, is to travel from the Sittee River Marina (pictured above) east a short distance to "The Cut" to the Anderson Lagoon. You travel southwest, across the Lagoon to the access canal out to the sea. Anderson Point is the Peninsula on your left as you approach the sea. Once in the sea, Anderson Point is the 1000’ of beachfront to the north.

We have a video of this one on YouTube in real time if you want to experience it.  I like to think of going through "The Cut" as a Disney ride.

Once our Marina/Canal is complete, mooring will be provided for all owners at the back of the property, along the canal.  The Homeowners Association may arrange for water-taxi services in the future.

Belize has a fascinating history with a diverse culture and
much to offer for residential, year-round, winter or vacation property.
With Mayan ruins and the abundant wildlife to the clear Caribbean waters,

Belize is one of the best places to invest in affordable tropical land.

We would like to offer all of this right here on the

beach front property in Belize at Anderson Point!

"Belize is one of the easiest places to retire. It's English speaking,
has a low cost of living, and no taxes. And it's in the Caribbean. In fact,
it's probably the last place where you can still get affordable Caribbean real estate."
