Peninsula Properties, Ltd.

Peninsula Properties-Belize,Ltd.  is a Belizean Corporation that was developed by a collection of people that had a common dream.  At different times and for different reasons, we all fell in love with Belize.  We wanted to create a place that could be enjoyed by ourselves, our families, and others that wanted a similar experience.  Together we decided to create this space on the beach front property in Belize at Anderson Point at Sarango Bight.

"We are a fun loving crew that would love to help you realize your Belizean Dream."

Collectively, we are like-minded.  Now, we will share a bit about us as individual families.

The Brannock's

This is Tom, Debbie and Ashley at Mayflower-Bocawina National Monument on one of our trips.

We originally got involved in Belize because of a dear friend that invested in the Sittee Point Estates subdivision back in 1997.  She owned a lot and wanted us to invest with her.  We were a bit skeptical about investing outside of the U.S.  Finally, in November of 2005, we traveled to visit Belize.  Our lives were changed forever.   We will be forever grateful to our dear friend, for we experienced something that has brought us to a great adventure.  We loved it so much that we knew that we wanted to be in Belize more than a shared lot would provide.  Thus, the idea of developing Anderson Point at Sarango Bight began.

Currently, we live outside of Baltimore.  Whenever we get the chance, we travel to Belize and explore the wonders that exist there.  We have renovated several old homes in the Maryland area over the past several years and Tom runs a small engine repair company.  Debbie is a psychologist who has spent the past forty plus years working with young people in the school systems in Maryland, is retired from the public school system and teaches at Loyola University.  We have two sons that are involved with school and work, but are very excited about traveling to Belize.  Ashley, our daughter is a special young lady that attends the University of MD and  also loves Belize.  She finds that the water holds treasures, both through its relaxation and the wonderful life that exists within it.  We hope that you will visit us on Facebook and see some of the treasures that we have found.

The Simonds'

This is Jay and Charlene at Lamani, one of the  Mayan Ruins of Belize.

We had been looking at property in Costa Rica and other Central American countries for some time.  When the Brannock's returned from their trip. We got very excited about what they had seen.  It didn't take us very long to decide to get involved.  That is when the adventure really started getting exciting.  Together, we decided to develop a piece of property that would share the Belizean Dream with more people.  In January of 2006, Jay along with Tom returned in search of beach front property in Belize. They explored several possibilities for our dream to unfold.  Thus, we became one step closer to Anderson Point.

We have three lovely children and also live outside of Baltimore.  We own and operate a landscaping business, Simonds Landscaping.  Jay can't wait to put our experiences into practice in the Belizean environment.  Charlene is also a physical therapist who brings a great peace and a focus on health to this project.  Our three children have come to know Belize through the many months of planning this project.  We hope that you, too, will come to enjoy the many treasures that are waiting for you in Belize.

The Perlin's

This is Mike and Joanne on the ride back from a day of snorkeling and fishing on the Belizean Reef.

We had known the Simonds for many years.  Our first involvement was through a recycling program that we started in the Reisterstown area.  Mike first learned about it and when I saw the plan, there was no question that this was going to be a great ride.  From the beginning, the excitement was hardly able to be contained.  Site unseen, we were in! We were on our way to owning beach front property in Belize.

We, too, live just outside of Baltimore.  Mike owns his own Home Improvement business and keeps himself busy with many creative ventures.  Joanne, the other artist in the group is also a teacher.  We both enjoy the cultural and artistic aspects of this project.  We have written a song about the venture. Maybe we can share it with you when we are in Belize together.  We were so excited to be there that we spent our 25th wedding anniversary in Belize.  Check out the Photo Gallery on Facebook the details.  All three of our children, are living on their own and we have two wonderful grandchildren that we can’t wait to introduce to Belize.

The Sugarman's

In the foreground are Dave and Debbie.  Debbie and Joanne taught at the same school.  Yes, another educator in the group.  Joanne had shared her excitement at school and Debbie took the news home to her husband Dave who just happens to be a builder-developer-engineer.  They were the perfect match and the force that rounded out the group.

We live near Towson in one of the developments that I built.  We have been looking for investments with great potential for phenomenal returns.  This one fit the bill.  Learning the ropes about "how things are done in Belize" in the development world has been an interesting experience.  One of many more that we hope to experience.  We have three wonderful children, all are married to fantastic spouses and many active grands who all keep our lives interesting.

Belize has a fascinating history with a diverse culture and
much to offer for residential, year-round, winter or vacation property.
With Mayan ruins and the abundant wildlife to the clear Caribbean waters,

Belize is one of the best places to invest in affordable tropical land.

We would like to offer all of this right here on the

beach front property in Belize at Anderson Point!

"Belize is one of the easiest places to retire. It's English speaking,
has a low cost of living, and no taxes. And it's in the Caribbean. In fact,
it's probably the last place where you can still get affordable Caribbean real estate."
