We have a MISSION. We want to create a community that takes advantage of all the spectacular features of this wonderful place.

It is our dream to develop a small private exclusive community on the Caribbean Sea in Belize.  We wish to form a living environment with like-minded individuals who appreciate the people of Belize, the ecology and the spirit of Belize right here on this beach front property in Belize at Anderson Point.  We want this community to be a relaxing oasis that allows all participants to have a secluded jumping off spot from which to enjoy the many wonderful elements of Belize. We are also realists and know that you want to buy into something that will have value and that will grow in time. This is what we are offering. We are looking for people who would like to be part of a small community on a small peninsula of 15.03 acres (6.081 hectares) in Belize.  There is a chair waiting for you on this beach front property in Belize. This property is bordered on one side by 1056 feet (321 meters) of the Caribbean Sea, along two other sides by 1779 feet (542 meters) of Anderson Lagoon and beyond that, 10,000 acres of a national wildlife sanctuary.  This property is designed as a private retreat right on the Caribbean.  It has the feel of a private island, yet so close to the Garifuna fishing village of Hopkins.  Just across the canal, its neighbor to the south is the developing, environmentally-conscious 2000-acre community, Sanctuary Belize (see "Lodging".)  About 200 feet to our north begins the development of Victoria Isle.  To the far north is the undeveloped, 176-acre peninsula of Sittee Point and the mouth of the Sittee River. The north side of Sittee Point is part of the well established development, Sittee Point Estates which has been in existence for about 25 years and follows the coastline north to the village of Hopkins. Our community is located just east of Sittee River Village.
