COMMUNITY

Beach front property in Belize at Anderson Point consists of 15 acres boasting over 1,000 feet of Caribbean Sea front situated south of Sittee River in the Stann Creek District. Most areas are cleared but natural mangroves protect the coast line along the lagoon. Some filling is taking place along the Caribbean coastline. There is plenty of available sand in the sea to further develop the beach just along the sea along the property. A bight typically is protected from the weather. The property is actually along a sand bar and sand is always available. Beyond some turtle grass in the sea, there is sandy bottom ideal for swimming. A 200 foot pier will be built as the water becomes shallow nearing land.

It is our dream to develop a small private exclusive community on the Caribbean Sea in Belize.  We wish to form a living environment with like-minded individuals who appreciate the people of Belize  the ecology and the spirit of Belize right here on this beach front property in Belize at Anderson Point,.  We want this community to be a relaxing oasis that allows all participants to have a secluded jumping off spot from which to enjoy the many wonderful elements of Belize. We are also realists and know that you want to buy into something that will have value and that will grow in time. This is what we are offering. THE PLAN

 

We have spent our time designing a plan that will preserve the ecology and provide for an aesthetic environment that offers peace and tranquility.

The subdivision has received Final Approval from the Government of Belize.  After viewing the plot plan, you will see that we have designed 28 lots, 14 of which are located on the beach front property in Belize situated on the Caribbean Sea.  The remaining 14 are immediately behind these.  In the rear of the property, we have preserved about 6 acres in order to protect the environment and the natural habitat that exists. 

Recently, we dredged the front on the sea side in order to allow for the building of the pier.
